Job Overview:

The Role of a Relationship Manager is pivotal to the success of our organization, overseeing multiple services and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Operations Manager in delivering strategic plans
  • Providing transparent reporting on relevant actions identified in the Strategic Plan
  • Ensuring adherence to all policies and assisting in the development and review of associated procedures
  • Developing and maintaining position descriptions and performance reviews for staff aligned with organisational values and strategic plans
  • Effectively managing and delegating tasks to team members
  • Responding to and resolving issues arising in the delivery of quality services to clients and communicating actions as per established procedures
  • Listening to and addressing stakeholder concerns
  • Facilitating regular meetings, ensuring action items are recorded and delivered
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements:

  • Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with client contract managers
  • Experience managing teams and a willingness and ability to travel to services within your remit
  • Experience dealing with escalated complaints and financial acumen
  • Contribution to building a positive reputation among stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • History of involvement in Quality Assurance and Compliance
  • Willingness to accept the role of Nominated Supervisor under the relevant laws and regulations (required)
  • Good references from previous employment
  • Refined computer skills and advanced skills in MS Office Suite
  • Hold or willing to obtain necessary certifications, including a valid Police Check, Working with Children Check, and current valid Driver's Licence (required)
