The Purpose of the Role

At APEX, we aim to balance operational excellence with commercial success. As the Operations and Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Some of the key areas of focus are:

• Streamlining workflows and implementing automation to enhance efficiency

• Developing strategies to maximize revenue

• Ensuring all operations meet regulatory standards and managing risks effectively

• Overseeing inventory to ensure optimal levels and reduce waste

• Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the organization

• Leading and developing a high-performing team

Key Outputs

Team Leadership and Development

• Drive accountability with clear roles and accountabilities

• Establish SMART goals that are outcome-based

• Workload management

• Embed PMX Values

Commercial

• Power BI dashboard management - agencies and brands where relevant

• Drive forecasting accuracy with commercial APEX leads

• Optimized revenue management – Salesforce Automation, revenue reconciliation, AQ's, revenue discrepancies, media reconciliation

• Senior stakeholder enterprise revenue reporting

• Efficient inventory management – usage, cost of inventory, accurate forecasting

• Tracking of revenue delivery – pacing, risk management

• Partner prioritization

Operations

• Workflow optimization with a focus on continuous improvement

• Salesforce automation

• Inventory Management

• Manage APEX Operation process guides

• Manage workloads

• Partner prioritization/de-prioritization

Ideal Experience

• 6-10 years of experience in operations/commercial role

• Demonstrated experience in process improvement

• Proven track record in driving revenue growth

• Experience in leading teams

• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, financial performance analysis

• Compliance and Risk management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong leadership skills
