  • Ensure alignment with business goals and timely execution of projects.

 

Communicating Progress

Communicate KPI trends and CI outcomes clearly to all levels of the organization to foster transparency and accountability.

 

Culture of Continuous Improvement

Promote a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, training, and recognition of CI efforts.

 

Experience and Skills

Previous experience with ERP Systems and WMS systems is required. Excellent Excel skills and analytical skills are also necessary.

Proficiency in creating query-based data analytics using Qlik, Tableau, Power Query, or SQL is preferred.
