Job Title: Asset Maintenance Specialist (Technician) / Product Service Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed team and contribute to the optimal performance of assets in an automated picking solution warehouse.

In this role, you will specialise in technical assets and support activities within the warehouse. Your main tasks will include organising modifications, corrective maintenance, and performance improvements of equipment.

You will ensure the optimal performance of assets, covering electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and warehouse control systems. This includes diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to minimise downtime and ensure optimal system performance.

Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest technologies and develop new methods to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will also include contributing to strategic plans to enhance service delivery and support the distribution centre's goals. You will lead training sessions to improve the technical skills of the service team and promote a collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous improvement, be customer-oriented, and have strong analytical skills for data interpretation and diagnostics. A degree, diploma, or certificate in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
