This critical role drives business analysis excellence across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
  • Conducting process analysis and mapping to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops to align business and technical needs
  • Drafting business cases, functional specifications, and test plans
  • Supporting solution validation and vendor selection (RFP process)

The successful candidate will have a strong background in workflow automation, legal tech, or document generation platforms.
