Insurance Administration Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join eFinancialCareers Ltd. as an Insurance Administration Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our Insurance Brokers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our Insurance Brokers, including client insurance/risk needs
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency, and endorsements
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Communicate with clients to support their insurance needs
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
- Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts
- Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience
- Experience across general insurance products
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proactive, organized, and ability to meet deadlines
- Work collaboratively within a team and autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
