About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Support Specialist to join our team at Aon Hewitt. As an Insurance Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our Account Brokers and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Communicate with clients to support their insurance needs
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts
  • Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience
  • Experience across general insurance products
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
