About the Role

CHEP, a leading global logistics company, is seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator to join our team. As an Insurance Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration, data collection, and claims processing of our Group Insurance program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the collection of assigned global data for the Group Insurance program
  • Manage and process the payment of all global (and regional) insurance invoices, including the allocation of all insurance costs to business units
  • Provide direct support to the Group Insurance team, including administrative tasks and data management
  • Collect and manage global employee and motor vehicle related insurance data
  • Ensure global insurance allocation spreadsheets are maintained to enable the development of premium allocation and statistical analysis
  • Prepare and allocate Australian and USA Workers Compensation premiums and costs, including preparing Group Employment Insurance overhead costs

Requirements

  • A strong administration background with a flair for numbers and spreadsheets
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong capability across the whole MS suite
  • Some previous exposure to workers compensation would be an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail with a compliance mindset
  • Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines and juggle conflicting priorities
