This is a key position within our team, responsible for providing administrative support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of administration tasks pertaining to customer insurance policy renewals, while working closely with our Insurance Brokers and having exposure to a broad client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
- Communicate with clients to support their insurance needs
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives, and Client Managers
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
- Strong administration skills
- Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts
- Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience
- Experience across general insurance products
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
