Overview

This role is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership position in a dynamic Data and AI practice.

  • We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Data and AI team, guiding them towards achieving business goals and delivering high-quality services to clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, leading teams, and driving business growth. They will be responsible for shaping the practice strategy, executing business plans, and ensuring high satisfaction among teammates and clients.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to manage P&L and utilisation effectively, as well as contribute to sales engagement and delivery management. The successful candidate will also be expected to uphold our values of hunger, heart, and harmony, and lead by example.

In addition to their technical expertise and leadership skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and clients.

Skill Requirements:

Data and AI Expertise: Extensive experience in leading a Data and AI practice within an IT professional services organisation

Technical Skills: Solid technical background with Azure Data Platform

Business Development: Proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients

P&L Management: Experience managing P&L & utilisation

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of 20+ professionals
