Meat Production Specialist">

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Meat Production Specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the daily preparation and portioning of beef in our cool room.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock rotation and dry aging rooms
  • Breaking whole beef carcases and ageing
  • Some charcuterie and smallgoods production
  • Daily stocktakes and monthly reports

As a Meat Production Specialist, you will work closely with our Rockpool chefs to ensure the quality of our restaurant standards is consistently met.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in meat production and processing
  • Strong understanding of stock management and inventory control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
