Seeking an experienced Associate Director to provide strategic advice and leadership on a temporary basis

This NSW Government agency is responsible for delivering, coordinating and attracting investment into Western Sydney. Their vision is to deliver Australia's greenest, most connected and technologically advanced city while maintaining their unique environment, culture and diversity.

**Your new role**
- Lead and/or support commercial initiatives and projects in close partnership with key stakeholders and with the support of the Director
- Lead the development of compelling value propositions, business models, commercial arrangements
- Provide clear, concise, insightful and effective advice to various stakeholders
- Research and prepare high quality advice on potential partnership opportunities

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience and understanding of the delivery of commercial, industry or economic development initiatives
- Demonstrated research, analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Project management experience
- Ability to achieve outcomes in an adaptive business and policy environment

**What you'll get in return**
- Short term assignment until 10/06/24
- Hourly rate between $83-$96 + super
- Located in Penrith
