The Role

We are seeking an innovative and outcome-focused leader to join our team as the Chief Executive Officer. This pivotal role will see the successful candidate:

  • Develop, drive, and guide the strategic direction of the business
  • Provide oversight of daily business operations across multiple locations
  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of direct reports and broader staff
  • Develop new and existing networks and stakeholder relationships to strengthen partnerships
  • Utilize knowledge of the health services sector to strengthen current services and identify new business opportunities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, finance, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications (MBA or equivalent) highly regarded
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in the health services sector, including aged care, mental health, or disability services
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain and strengthen collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
