About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative leader to join our team as the Chief Executive Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our business and leading our team of dedicated professionals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the Health Services sector, with a strong background in driving business growth and new market development. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

As a collaborative leader, you will be committed to fostering teamwork, diversity, and inclusion within our organisation. You will also have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct, with a commitment to compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, drive, and guide the strategic direction of the business
  • Provide oversight of daily business operations across multiple locations
  • Lead, support, and mentor the three direct reports and broader team
  • Develop new and existing networks and stakeholder relationships to strengthen partnerships
  • Utilise your existing knowledge of the Health Services Sector to strengthen current services and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • Post Graduate Qualifications (MBA or equivalent) highly regarded
  • 5+ years senior leadership experience in the Health Services sector
  • Proven background in driving business growth and new market development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
