  • Data-driven approach using insights to optimise performance and customer experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Airtable.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and hands-on in fast-moving environments.
  • High EQ and excellent communication skills, able to influence across all levels.
  • Passion for delivering standout customer experiences.
  • Availability to work weekends and travel interstate monthly.
