Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the asphalt plant. Your duties will include dispatching and loading trucks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring quality control.

You will work closely with the laboratory team to guarantee consistent mix quality and contribute to general yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance.

  • Batching of orders to specified mix designs
  • Stock control of raw materials
  • Loader and bobcat operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with relevant batching and/or asphalt industry experience who is committed to safety and the environment. A strong customer focus and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

  • FEL ticket (desirable)
