  • Deliver tenancy advice, case management, and education to residents
  • Conduct home assessments and develop care plans tailored to families
  • Support clients with rental deductions, arrears management, and property maintenance reporting
  • Build strong relationships with residents, community members, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and programme development
  • Monitor and report on case progress against programme KPIs
The Role

This role requires someone who can balance professional case management with cultural sensitivity and hands-on support.

About You
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Case management experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and willingness to work closely with Aboriginal communities
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain accurate records
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Current C or C-A class driver's licence
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products
