Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Case Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tenancy advice, case management, and education to residents, as well as conducting home assessments and developing care plans tailored to families.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage multiple systems and maintain accurate records. They will also possess a current C or C-A class driver's license and competence with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tenancy advice and case management to residents
  • Conduct home assessments and develop care plans
  • Support clients with rental deductions, arrears management, and property maintenance reporting
  • Build strong relationships with residents, community members, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity
