About the Position

Job Summary:

The role of a Field Technician is to provide pre and post sales customer service as well as technical support to business imaging customers while maintaining their printer fleet.

This position involves travel to remote locations, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and managing onsite parts stock thresholds and performing quarterly stocktakes.
  • Assisting users with monitoring use of consumables.
  • Servicing devices at various mining sites.
  • Compliance with drug and alcohol policies and procedures of customers.
Scope of Role:

Reactive and proactive printer servicing software upgrades network connectivity and hardware installation.

Meeting and exceeding customer needs building productive relationships with Canon clients.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will possess experience as a printer or photocopier technician with exposure to repairing hardware and software issues in the field.

Ambitious representative with mechanical electrical aptitude required.

Holding a valid Driver Licence is essential for the role.
