We are seeking skilled IT Technicians for on-site, ticket-based assignments. The technician will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and replacement of IT and Networking devices at client sites. This is a freelance/independent contractor role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible, on-demand work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site installation, setup, and troubleshooting of IT and networking equipment (Routers, Switches, Access Points, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, etc.).
  • Execute hardware replacement and configuration support as per provided instructions.
  • Coordinate with the remote support team for configuration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer / IT Technician / Network Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware and networking devices.
  • Ability to follow remote instructions and document tasks effectively.
  • Must have access to basic IT tools (screwdrivers, console cable, etc.).

Job Type & Benefits:
