  • A day in the life as a Customer Service Representative

You will be providing high-level support to customers, ensuring queries are responded to in a friendly and efficient manner.

The role includes 6 weeks of classroom and on-the-job training, providing you an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn.

You will be supported by experienced Team Leaders and have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment based on individual performance and competency.

You have skills like:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team focused and flexible
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Negotiation and investigative skills
  • Knowledge of fines Victoria systems, business rules, processes and procedures
  • Experience working within the Aboriginal community (desirable)

You may have previous experience of working in a service-driven industry like retail, hospitality or contact centres and thrive in high-volume environments. You are comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and programs.
