Supporting Individuals in their Daily Lives

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide essential house cleaning and in-home care services to support clients in the healthcare and social services sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients by maintaining a clean and organized living space.
  • Support individuals in maintaining a comfortable and safe living space, including assisting with daily tasks and providing emotional support when needed.
  • Create a sense of ease and well-being for those in your care by being attentive to their needs and providing personalized support.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in house cleaning or domestic assistance roles is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients' needs and provide emotional support when necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and a respectful approach to client interaction are essential.
  • Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility towards assigned duties are critical.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying client requirements and household settings is also important.
Compliance Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • National Police Check.
  • Working With Children Check.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Booster Status.
