Workforce Planning Operations Supervisor Role

This challenging role involves leading the preplanning process for all Australian Airports, ensuring fatigue, safety, operational, and customer plans are in place.

You will also be responsible for managing a team and overseeing day of operation planning, including identifying, addressing, and escalating issues as needed.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in workforce planning, team management, and effective communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.

We are looking for a proactive and innovative thinker who can drive continuous improvement and lead the team in pre day of operation planning.

This is a key leadership position within our organisation and requires someone with strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks, and make sound operational decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preplanning process for all Australian Airports
  • Lead a team in day of operation planning
  • Identify, address, and escalate issues as needed
  • Develop and implement operational plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
