Job Title

We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning Leader to join our organization.

This role will lead the development and integration of a future-focused, data-driven capability across our global organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in aligning talent strategies with business and financial forecasts, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and globally roll out a workforce planning framework aligned to enterprise strategy, financial planning, and annual operating plans.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable workforce levers, including build, buy, borrow, and bot strategies.
  • Institutionalize workforce planning as a core business capability through playbooks, leader enablement, and planning routines.
  • Build and apply skills-based workforce plans using capability models, role adjacencies, and upskilling strategies.
  • Account for the total workforce mix, including permanent, contingent, gig, and partner-based roles.
  • Lead scenario modeling to prepare for market shifts, regulatory changes, and workforce disruption.
  • Partner with HRIS and People Analytics to enhance Workday, Anaplan, and Tableau for real-time planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance while driving adoption of predictive analytics and automation impact models.
  • Integrate workforce metrics into executive dashboards and enterprise decision cycles.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Real Estate, and other Centers of Excellence to align workforce supply/demand with operational and geographic priorities.
  • Guide shared services and location strategy decisions through workforce insights, cost modeling, and long-range planning.
  • Lead change efforts to embed workforce planning across teams and functions.
  • Ensure workforce plans support organizational inclusion, sustainability, and social impact goals.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, workforce planning, or strategic operations with global or extended regional exposure.
  • Proven success leading end-to-end workforce planning in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to convert strategy into operational plans.
  • Expertise in Anaplan, Workday, and workforce analytics tools.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders to adopt enterprise-wide change.
