Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced psychologist to lead our team of health professionals.

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of psychological services in the community, modelling evidence-based practices and providing guidance to colleagues.

You will work closely with individual team members to support their growth and development, facilitate team meetings, and analyse performance reports to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for empowering clients and staff to reach their full potential.

In addition to your professional qualifications, you must have a current unrestricted driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.

Requirements
  • A provisional or registered psychologist qualification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
