**Role Overview**

As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Sydney Market. This role involves cultivating strong relationships with customers, executing strategic selling techniques, and providing personalized interactions to meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and execute individual sales plans to achieve annual net sales targets by building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Utilize strategic and consultative selling skills to assist customers with merchandise selections and provide personalized interactions
  • Cultivate repeat business and achieve high client repeat rates through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Manage customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Support the team by mentoring and coaching colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall sales effectiveness
  • Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others at work, complying with established health and safety procedures
**Requirements**
  • Minimum 2 years' retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry
  • Previous expert selling experience
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM)
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
