Job Overview

Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Casual Patient Services Officer, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent face-to-face and phone-based customer service.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and consultations, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
  • Process patient billing and receipting, accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage patient files, and liaise with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Requirements
