Job Title: Head of Sales and Business Development

SAP Fioneer is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our ANZ team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and business plans
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in sales and business development, ideally in the FSI industry
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, computer science, or relevant areas of study
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results in the banking and FSI industry
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of SAP's products in the market
  • Results-driven senior sales executive with excellent communication and presentation skills
