Support Services Coordinator

Key to our success lies in the support roles that enable our day-to-day operations. Administration Support Officers play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality services across our Housing Portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities- Provide professional administrative assistance to our Housing Portfolio team
- Maintain accurate records and handle tenancy administration tasks with diligence and attention to detail
- Manage tenant and property files, databases, and other related documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
We seek an individual with strong organizational skills, experience in record management, and proficiency in computer software including databases, MS Office (Word, Excel), and Outlook.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced environment. If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
