We are seeking a skilled and versatile Automotive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at AUTOrecruit. This is an all-encompassing role, encompassing customer service, parts interpretation, and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Interpreting parts information and managing invoicing processes accurately.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
  • Providing operational support to the Store Manager, contributing to the smooth running of the workshop.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles and parts interpretation is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Pronto system would be advantageous, with opportunities for in-house training available.
  • The ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team.
