Neuron Mobility, a leading shared e-scooter and e-bike company in Australia, is seeking a Fleet Mobility Coordinator to join its team. This role offers an estimated salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the e-scooter fleet, driving service vehicles, and ensuring efficient operations. As a key member of the team, you will work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality results.

Job Description

As a Fleet Mobility Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving service vehicles to manage the e-scooter fleet
  • Picking up e-scooters across the city and moving them to high-demand locations
  • Swapping batteries and performing routine maintenance tasks

You will also be required to:

  • Work at least 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and late nights, including weekends
  • Lift, carry, and maneuver e-scooters weighing up to 25-28 kg
  • Have a valid Australian driver's license and suitable smartphone for the role

We are looking for someone who is a safe and competent driver, comfortable working with technology, and able to multitask effectively. If you have experience working as a driver, such as a courier or removalist, that would be advantageous. However, we are open to considering candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements
  • Australian driver's license (open class)
  • Aged 21 or over
  • Suitable smartphone (Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer)
  • Ability to work at least 30 hours per week
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver e-scooters
  • Experience working as a driver (not essential)
