Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Academic Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in engaging with universities, institutions and consortia across APAC.

  • Lead customer engagement programs to onboard, educate and support customers, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to resolve issues and strengthen relationships with Academic customers in APAC.
  • Promote new features and product capabilities to drive usage and provide recommendations tailored to the APAC research ecosystem.
  • Partner with Sales on renewal and expansion opportunities to drive retention and growth.
  • Identify risks to adoption and design engagement approaches to address them.
  • Manage and mentor team members to build capacity and capability for best in class customer engagement and support across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Support in a B2B software context, excellent communication skills and a self-starter mentality.
