Key Responsibilities- Lead interviews and assessments for junior and senior medical staff positions.
- Collaborate with Divisional Directors and Heads of Unit to develop workforce planning strategies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including appointment logs and staffing requirements.
- Strong understanding of medical recruitment processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and flexible, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
