Job Description

As a Full-Time Learning Enrichment Teacher Aide, you will support the Learning Enrichment Team by:

  1. Assisting in delivering evidence-based intervention programs, including MultiLit and other literacy and numeracy support initiatives.
  2. Working with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and ensure understanding of key concepts.
  3. Collaborating with teachers and support staff to implement tailored educational strategies that address individual student needs.
  4. Communicating regularly with teachers and the Head of Learning Enrichment K-12 regarding student progress and intervention adjustments.
  5. Providing direct learning support across all grade levels (K-12), addressing academic, social, and emotional challenges through targeted strategies.
  6. Supporting students in developing positive behaviors, self-regulation, and emotional resilience.
