Job Title: Care and Learning Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care and Learning Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting qualified staff in providing a nurturing space where children can learn and thrive.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Early Childhood field, a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, and completion of relevant training courses such as Child Protection and First Aid.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist qualified staff in providing an appropriate and stimulating program of care and education
  • Evaluate and address the safety and well-being of the children
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in the Early Childhood field
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Completion of Child Protection Course - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk of harm
  • Current certificate HLTAID009 Provide CPR
  • Working with Children Check clearance valid for paid work
