The role of the Learning Support Assistant is to provide comprehensive support to teachers and students in a dynamic learning environment.

This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans
  • Assist with the coordination and implementation of CAPA programs
  • Support the day-to-day management of performance music programs

Requirements:

  • Understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education
  • Previous experience working in education administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
