As our **Capability Specialist,** reporting to the Group Talent Capability Manager, you will closely partner with various stakeholders to tailor solutions that address the Organisational Capability strategy for the business.

This role emphasises on building a culture of internal growth and success across the group by using your proactive self to develop and govern the capability frameworks.

**A few of your responsibilities**
- Assist in implementing the People strategy by working as part of a small team to deliver on critical remediation projects.
- Collaboratively develop competency frameworks that define the skills, behaviours, and knowledge required for various and differing functions across the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement across different departments and organisational levels.
- Work collaboratively with internal Learning & Development teams to provide input into learning solutions.
- Provide individual coaching and mentoring to employees, supporting their capability development and career progression.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**What we are looking for**
- Experience working in organisational development roles, exposure to developing capability frameworks & assessments, and/or involvement in leadership development.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tailor advice and solutions with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and coaching.
- Familiarity with data analytics and using metrics to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

Ideally, you will be comfortable in showcasing your professional portfolio through projects and organisational development frameworks you were involved in. You’re a dynamic and solutions-orientated Capability Specialist who has experience in developing a high-performing workforce that drives organisation success.
