Job Opportunity

This is a challenging role that supports corporate communication partners and graphic design collaborators. The ideal candidate will apply best practices on the Workiva platform to deliver high-quality reporting and consulting services.

The main objective of this position is to build strong relationships with corporate communication partners, establish strategic partnerships for enablement, and empower them to deliver exceptional services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and onboard new corporate communication partners to optimize performance
  • Develop strategic plans to deploy services efficiently and effectively
  • Foster collaboration among teams to align on partner capabilities and ecosystem growth vision
  • Support go-to-market strategies with partners, track impact, and adjust activities accordingly
  • Provide ongoing training and enablement to corporate communications partners
  • Maintain high standards of service by addressing client needs promptly
  • Assist internal teams in understanding corporate communications partners
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in design reporting, partner management, or corporate communications
  • Practical understanding of InDesign and related ecosystems
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Relevant degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
Work Arrangements
  • Up to 25% travel across APAC for customer meetings and events
  • Reliable internet access required for remote work
