Job Title: Senior Tax Advisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Tax Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our corporate tax practice, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on complex tax matters.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing taxation services for allocated book of corporate clients, including corporate income tax compliance and preparation/review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations
  • Assisting in the delivery of full spectrum of corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes
  • Collaborating with specialist teams to bring expertise to our corporate clients, including international tax and transfer pricing, tax controversy and transactions
  • Supervising junior team members, fostering their learning and contributing to positive team culture that promotes high performance and collaboration
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Australian corporate income tax experience, preferably gained in a top-tier accounting firm or mid-tier accounting firm
  • Developing client-facing skills with confidence to contribute to client meetings and build network
  • Ability to articulate complex technical information into succinct, well-informed recommendations to clients
