Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-level legal advice on Public M&A, Private M&A, Energy/Projects, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, and Joint Ventures
  • To collaborate with accredited specialists on diverse matters, utilizing negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Requirements:
  • Technical strength in corporate law with at least 2 years PQE, preferably in a large, mid-tier, or corporate boutique firm
