We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of practice management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This includes leading the practice, driving results, recruitment & training, payroll & financial management, compliance, and fostering team collaboration.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Leading the team and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improvement.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff members.
  • Managing payroll, finances, and budgets.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Practice Manager in a dental practice.
  • Proven track record in people management, including interacting with staff at all levels and promoting a positive team environment.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a passion for working with numbers and achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and adapt your style to different individuals and situations.
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to punctuality, reliability, and taking ownership of responsibilities.
