You will be committed to customer service, have a bright, bubbly personality and bring lots of energy to the role Purity Dental require a friendly and welcoming receptionist to join our long-established private Dental Practice.

At Purity Dental, we help our patients in Mulgrave and surrounding suburbs smile with confidence. We provide expert dental care and utilise the latest technology We have well organised and long-established procedures and protocols that are continuously updated to stay current. We have a close-knit, family-like dental team that prioritise supporting each other whenever possible.

Your full-time hours of work will be over 4 days (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) and an occasional rostered Saturday (until 2:30pm).

Your role as Dental Receptionist will include such tasks as managing calls, organise bookings and patient accounts. There will also be end of day banking and settlements, general admin and some support to the sterilisation function as required.

**You will be the face of the practice by professionally and warmly greeting all incoming patients.**
- Proficiency with computer skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Excellent time management and communication skills, be reliable, courteous and a true team-player
- The ability to display confidence and reassurance in all patient interactions
- Willingness to learn and grow within your role in the Practice
- Dental experience or prior reception/administrative/clerical experience (preferred)
