This is a career opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to provide services in the community, focusing on home modifications, assessments, and recommendations.
Job DescriptionThe role involves working with aged care clients in their homes across Sydney, managing their needs and providing evidence-based interventions. The successful candidate will work from home, with full flexibility across Sydney metro, and no office-based requirement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage aged care clients (75+) in their homes across Sydney
- Focused on home mods, assessments, recommendations, reviews
- Work-from-home model - no clinic/office attendance required
You will be responsible for assessing and providing interventions for children & adults living with a range of disabilities, working within the NDIS to maximise clients' level of function, capacity & social engagement. This includes assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations and applications.
