Mobile Occupational Therapist

As a graduate occupational therapist, you will be joining a dynamic multidisciplinary team delivering OT services to older adults in the community. This role offers full flexibility across Sydney metro, with work tailored to your home location and no office-based requirement.
About the RoleThis is a mobile role, where you will provide evidence-based services to people through multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. You will have the opportunity to manage aged care clients (75+) in their homes across Sydney, focusing on home mods, assessments, recommendations, and reviews.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-home assessments and functional reviews for aged care clients.
- Develop and implement effective plans to enhance the lives of older adults, promoting independence and well-being.
You will be working closely with a supportive team to deliver OT services that make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Requirements- Relevant tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy.
- AHPRA registration (unrestricted).
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
