About Fleet Healthcare, we provide mobile allied health services across Sydney. Our team delivers personalized care in homes and community settings, offering services like Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Dietetics. We focus on elderly individuals and people with disability, especially those supported by the NDIS.
Our services span various settings, including private homes, day programs, aged care facilities, workplaces, and community centres. The role involves working independently, managing schedules and caseloads, and collaborating with support coordinators and families.
We seek an experienced or new graduate Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone to make an impact in a community-based role, with full autonomy over their schedule and caseload.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions
- Develop therapy plans tailored to clients' needs
- Complete clinical documentation, including reports and treatment notes
- Collaborate with support coordinators and families
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Excellent communication skills and time management ability
