About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Strategist Lead to play a crucial part in shaping our data management capabilities.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and development expertise, driving enterprise-level strategy for reference data and associated initiatives, and advising on best practices and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance and technical support to the ERD capability and ERDM Business Support team.
  • Develop and execute an enterprise-level strategy for reference data and associated initiatives.
  • Advise on and drive reference data best practices and improvements.
  • Evaluate and improve the ERDM capability and operating model to ensure it is fit-for-purpose and aligned with business priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to Data Risk Management policies and standards.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in data management, including development, execution, and supervision of plans, policies, programs, and practices that deliver, control, protect, and enhance the value of data and information assets throughout their lifecycles.
  • 3+ years of experience in data governance, exercising authority and control over the management of data assets.
  • 5+ years of experience in information management, analysis, design, tooling, and lineage, including databases, hierarchies, mappings.
  • Data management principles and capabilities such as Reference data, Master data, Data quality, Metadata management.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and maturing operating models and processes.
