Job Description

The Customer Service Team Member is responsible for delivering empathetic and professional support to patients, homecare patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals across national healthcare accounts. Key responsibilities include processing orders accurately, coordinating timely deliveries, resolving service issues, and developing strong product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the healthcare industry, experience in customer service within healthcare or related settings, and high attention to detail. They should also be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a team-focused environment.

Requirements
  • A degree in healthcare or a related discipline (desirable)
  • Valid Driver's Licence
