Healthcare Customer Support Specialist

As a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our national operations by providing high-quality, compassionate service to patients, homecare patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing healthcare division and contribute to the success of our customers. You will be responsible for delivering empathetic, professional support to all stakeholders across national healthcare accounts, accurately processing orders and coordinating timely deliveries, resolving service issues with sensitivity and efficiency, and escalating when necessary.

You will also develop strong product knowledge, particularly in enteral nutrition, to confidently assist with inquiries and product selection. Additionally, you will use SAP or similar systems for order tracking, customer management, and documentation, collaborate with inventory, warehouse, transport, and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in line with Good Documentation Practice and healthcare regulations.

As a key member of our customer support team, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support consistent and high-quality service outcomes, participate in service reviews and contribute insights to continuous improvement efforts, and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.

We are looking for someone with solid understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment, experience in customer service within healthcare, logistics, or related settings, and high attention to detail in processing orders and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver empathetic, professional support to all patients, homecare patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals across national healthcare accounts.
  • Accurately process orders and coordinate timely deliveries, proactively communicating any delays or changes to minimize patient impact.
  • Resolve service issues, complaints, and claims with sensitivity and efficiency; escalate when necessary.
  • Develop strong product knowledge, particularly in enteral nutrition, to confidently assist with inquiries and product selection.
  • Use SAP or similar systems for order tracking, customer management, and documentation.
