About the Role

The successful applicant will have a passion for swimming and student progression, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a swim school environment and demonstrated leadership skills are required.

The aquatics services manager will be responsible for leading a passionate, professional, and highly engaged swim school team. The key accountabilities include implementing and promoting the GO Swim program in line with industry standards.
