Aquatic Programs Director

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a swim school team and deliver high-quality aquatic programs with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Lead a passionate, professional and highly engaged swim school team by setting clear goals, providing coaching and guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Operate the swim school and ensure delivery of swim school programs to the highest standard through effective planning, organization, and quality control.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, building strong relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Plan and organize lessons, provide leadership, manage budgets, and meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including financial performance, number of schools attending the program, and retention of schools.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, motivate individuals, and drive results-oriented performance.
- Strong communication skills that build rapport and positive relationships with people, customers, and stakeholders.
- Commitment to customer service excellence, integrity, and values such as courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability.
